How to connect your Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda to TuloyPH

Airbnb iCal Export

Available for every Airbnb host. Takes about 2 minutes.

  1. Open airbnb.com on a desktop browser (the iCal export is NOT in the mobile app, only on web).
    💡 You can also use your phone, just switch your browser to "Desktop site" mode. In Chrome: ⋮ menu → "Desktop site".
  2. Log in and click your profile icon → Switch to hosting (if not already in host mode).
  3. Go to Calendar in the top menu, then click the listing you want to connect.
  4. On the calendar page, click Availability (right sidebar) → scroll down to Sync calendars → click Connect another website's calendar. Wait — we want the OPPOSITE: click the Export calendar button instead (sometimes shown as "Export .ics").
    ⚠️ Don't click "Connect another website's calendar" — that imports INTO Airbnb. We want to EXPORT FROM Airbnb.
  5. A URL will appear. Click the Copy link button.

  6. Paste it into TuloyPH → Connect Channel → set platform to Airbnb, give your unit a name (e.g. "Beachfront Studio"), and click Connect.
Multiple listings? Each Airbnb listing has its own separate iCal URL. Connect each one as a separate channel in TuloyPH so your calendar stays clean per unit.

Booking.com iCal Export

Called "Calendar Export" inside the Extranet.

  1. Log in to the Booking.com Extranet at admin.booking.com.
  2. Go to Rates & Availability → Calendar & Pricing.
  3. Click Sync calendars at the top right.
  4. In the sync panel, find Export calendar → click Copy link.

  5. Paste into TuloyPH → set platform to Booking.com.
Room-type properties: If your Booking.com listing has multiple room types, each has its own iCal URL. Export each one separately.

Agoda YCS Calendar Sync

Inside the Agoda YCS (Yield Control System).

  1. Log in to Agoda YCS at ycs.agoda.com.
  2. Go to Property → Calendar Sync (sometimes labelled "Channel Manager" or "iCal").
  3. Under Export, select the room type you want to sync → click Generate Link.
  4. Copy the generated URL.
  5. Paste into TuloyPH → set platform to Agoda.
Note: Agoda's iCal feature varies by property type and region. If you don't see "Calendar Sync" in your YCS menu, contact Agoda Partner Support to enable it for your account.

VRBO / Vacasa iCal Export

Inside the VRBO dashboard.

  1. Log in to VRBO.com → click your listing.
  2. Go to Calendar → Reservation manager.
  3. Click Import/Export or the sync icon.
  4. Under Export calendar, copy the URL.
  5. Paste into TuloyPH → set platform to VRBO.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this legal? Will Airbnb/Booking ban me?

Yes, completely legal. iCal export is an official feature that Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and VRBO all provide specifically so hosts can sync calendars across tools. Thousands of property management systems (Hostfully, Hospitable, Guesty, Lodgify) use this exact method. No ToS violation.

How often does TuloyPH sync my bookings?

Every 15 minutes automatically. You can also hit the "Sync" button next to any channel to force an immediate sync if a new booking came in and you want to see it right away.

Can guests book through TuloyPH instead of Airbnb?

Yes — TuloyPH also has its own listing marketplace. When someone books your unit through us, we add it to your unified calendar automatically (same system) AND flag any potential double-bookings with your other platforms. For your own Airbnb/Booking/Facebook bookings, you pay zero commission to us. We only take 5% on bookings sourced from TuloyPH itself.

What happens if I have a double booking across platforms?

TuloyPH automatically detects overlapping bookings on the same unit and shows a red alert at the top of your dashboard + highlights the conflicting rows in your booking list. This saves you from the nightmare scenario where two guests arrive the same night.

Does the iCal URL contain my guest's personal info?

No. Airbnb's public iCal only contains the booking dates and a generic label like "Reserved" or a short reservation code. Your guest's full name, email, and phone are NEVER in the iCal feed. That info stays inside Airbnb.

Can I add walk-in or Facebook Messenger bookings manually?

Yes. Click "Add Manual Booking" on your dashboard, enter the dates + guest info + amount, and it goes into the same unified calendar as your Airbnb bookings. Same conflict detection applies.

How do I disconnect a channel?

On your dashboard, find the channel in the "Connected Channels" list and click the trash icon. The channel and all its synced bookings will be removed from TuloyPH. Your bookings on Airbnb/Booking/etc. are not affected.
